You can re-request an activation email, simply go to this page and do so.

If after that you still haven't received it there is normally one quick answer to this - it's in your Spam Folder. AOL, Hotmail & some other providers treat email from us as spam - so just disable your spam blocker & re-request it or check your spam folder for our activation email.

Why can't I log in? (back to top)

The most common reason for not being able to login is that cookies are not working.

What is a cookie? A cookie is a small file that a web site requests your browser to remember, usually by storing on your computer. Each web site uses a separate cookie. The data stored in a site cookie can be requested back when you visit other pages on the site.

This site stores a unique ID value in the cookie so it can check that you are logged in as you move from page to page. It also records that the pop up advertising has been displayed. Nothing else is stored in our cookie.

How do I delete my pics? (back to top)

The easiest way to delete your pics is to sign up as a premium member. If you do that you then get a pic manager tool (here) that lets you remove both pics and comments on your pics.

Alternatively, standard members can delete their accounts and thus remove their pics quickly using their "your account" page. There is a big "delete my account" button there that will do this, but you will lose your account.

Another way, if you don't want to become a premium member or lose your account is to request deletion of your pictures via our support system. Please provide the pic ID's you want removed separated by commas or spaces. If you want all your pics removed, simply state. "remove all". ASK A SUPPORT QUESTION FOR REMOVING PICS HERE. Please note there may be a delay this way - as support staff are not always around to do this.

Please note: Please allow 1-2 days for pic deletions. If it is urgent - the fastest way to remove them is via premium membership.

Why can I not see videos? (back to top)

There may be a few reasons why you can't see videos. Firstly, you must be a premium member.

If you are already a premium member, and are logged on, then you should be able to view videos by clicking on the large image that represents the video.

If the video doesn't start, the first thing is to make sure you have windows media player installed. Windows users can get the latest version from www.windowsupdate.com and mac users from www.mactopia.com

If you are sure you have an up to date copy of windows media player, (version 9 or later) then you may not have the necessary codecs (compression algorithms) installed. Try getting more codecs from this URL use build 8.

Finally - if none of that works - and you have double checked you have logged in, then please make sure you try with any internet security programs such as Norton Internet Security or Zone alarm turned off.

If all that fails, then please ASK A SUPPORT QUESTION HERE, explaining the exact problem and your Operating System version.

Why when I click on a thumbnail - why do I not see larger pics? (back to top)

The most common reason for this is that you are using either Norton Internet Security or Zone Alarm. If you temporarily disable these tools, then you will probably find the pictures will load without issue.

We are unsure why this is the case - as there is nothing on the view photo page or our site for that matter that constitutes a security risk. We suggest that these products are unnecessary, and you might like to leave them disabled while you surf this site.

If you are not using one of these security products and still the pics don't open for you in a larger window then please ASK A SUPPORT QUESTION HERE
